At Glittereaux Couture Stitches, each item is carefully crafted with love and attention to detail. Due to the custom nature of our embroidery, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized or custom orders unless:

• There is a defect in workmanship. (Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right)
• The item received does not match the agreed-upon design or specifications.

Important Notes:

• We are not responsible for customer errors (e.g., typos in names or designs provided by the customer).
• Refunds or replacements will not be issued for slight design variations or minor color differences due to screen display settings
